Real businesses, really shipped.

From digital magazines to Michelin-starred restaurants to creator SaaS — every one of these is live, in production, and run day-to-day with the AI systems we built into it.

Wet Ink Magazine
MediaAI transformationGrowth

Wet Ink Magazine

A digital magazine covering the creator economy. We migrated the entire platform to a faster, cheaper stack, then made it AI-enabled end to end: automated site-health monitoring with instant alerts, a Telegram issue-intake bot that triages the team's reports and fixes common problems automatically, an analytics practice with weekly reporting, and a newsletter pipeline that drafts each issue.

The editorial team runs the site day-to-day without a developer on call — and the ops that used to eat hours now run themselves.

statcard
SaaSProduct buildCreator economy

Statcard

A live, verified media-kit tool for creators — one link instead of stale PDFs. We took Statcard from idea to production as a full AI-first build: product design, brand system, OAuth platform integrations and the landing experience, shipped by a small team moving at Claude speed.

velvet
SaaSProduct buildData platform

Velvet

A creator discovery and vetting platform for the categories mainstream influencer tools overlook. Built end to end as an AI-first product: live stat verification through platform APIs (creator-authorized, not scraped), searchable discovery, vetting reports and an offers pipeline — from first schema to production.

Dede at the Customs House
HospitalityProduct build

Dede at the Customs House

The web presence for Ahmet Dede's two-Michelin-star restaurant in Baltimore, West Cork. A fast, elegant site worthy of the room it represents — designed, built and shipped to production on a modern stack the team can grow with.

Baba'de
HospitalityAI transformation

Baba'de

We rebuilt Baba'de's site on a modern stack — then went a step further: the venue's team edits the live website by chatting with Claude. Menu change, new photos, seasonal update — they describe it in plain English and it ships. No CMS training, no agency retainer, no waiting.

Dede Cellar & Pantry
HospitalityE-commerce

Dede Cellar & Pantry

The wine bar and shop alongside the Customs House. We built the full e-commerce experience: a 129-bottle wine catalogue with reserve-and-collect ordering, events, wholesale and sommelier pages — and used AI agents to source and verify photography for over a hundred wines in the catalogue.
